Does he step out to make himself feel better inside

Does he get away with it because your true feelings you always try to hide

Is it her poetry, her mind or simply her curves

A Day that should be Celebrated

But.... By me, It's hated

Depression is what I feel

I thought they said "Time Heals"???

I miss your smile. I miss your touch

Do you realize how I miss you so much

It's been almost three years. Why do I still feel this way?

On the day of your Birth, and Every Mother's Day

I still have your message that I listen to over and over again

I miss my Mother.... I miss my Friend

Listening to your voice eases my pain

But When I hang up the phone, My body rains

I long to tell you what's been going on in my life

I still wear the ring you wore when you were his wife

This unexplainable emptiness living in my heart

The sad thing is, no one prepared me for this part

If only I had more time to tell you how I feel

Who would of thought "Sorrow" felt this real

I wish I could have one more chance to see your smile

If I knew it was possible I would walk 100,000 miles

I would do anything for that wish to come true

Where do I have to go? What do I have to do?

Life is hard without that Motherly Love

But I know your looking over us from up above

I yearn for when I no longer have to feel this way

But until then it consumes my heart on the day of your Birth and Every Mother's Day

How proud we are of the man we call Dad

Never forgetting all the fun we've had

When we were all young going to "The Park"

And wanting to stay out with you till it got dark

Not caring what time it was or if we had school the next day

We all just wanted to be together when we went out to play

We all received the message from your last conversation

But you like to bring things in to the next situation

It's funny because Berenice does the same

And Lurlyn acts just like you with no care or shame

Both Eboni's have your intellect and book smarts the same

And Shaun is pursuing a career that's going to lead him to fame

Ariel is an artist in his heart and soul

Tiffany has your attitude, it's fearful and cold

Unique and Kadijah is still growing up

But you know they will have years of shine and good luck

Omari is the only one that's always been by your side

And nothing you've taught him he has ever tried to hide

Alot of people can learn from the things that you do

A husband asks his wife....Why haven't I heard it in a while?

When someone passes and you console your friend

It's Love that will be there till the very end

Saying "I Do" means I want you around forever

After a phone call it is so casually used

Many times we find that word so oftenly abused

Do you ever wonder why that four letter word holds so much power

It's heard at the beginning of Life and at our final hour

A word so small but carries so much weight

Find out the reason for it's use before it's to late

The end is near....Time for Reflection

Open up the lines of failed Communication

Don't dwell on the past, Look for a new Direction

Get rid of all negativity, strength starts with Motivation

A new beginning is all about Determination

Multi-tasking through life is all about Coordination

Preparing yourself for your next Destination

Being able to get there without Navigation

Who would of thought I would be consumed by this Occupation

Feeling like I need to be for my Obligations

Realizing that life is not about Simplification

All it takes is 1 of our actions that can lead to Incrimination

Don't take it so hard when it's your turn to experience Rejection

One day you'll be on the other end and it might not be your Intentions

Your mirror might reflect many Imperfections

Which can be all in your head....Try and love God's Creation

Can our actions today be tomorrow's end to Civilization

I strongly believe in Nostradamus's Predictions

Let's take the game of life to a level with more Accommodation's and less Limitations

Avoiding Restrictions doesn't mean you have to give in to life's Temptations

Beautiful Faces

Beautiful faces we all have our own

Some surface on cue and some have yet to be shown

Your beauty within comes from your heart

It's like a painting on the wall, Full of colors, Full of Art

When someone touches you in that special way

A Smile, Their conversation, They've made your day

A song can stay with you for your entire life

Reminding you of your EX- girlfriend / boyfriend / Husband or wife

Are Dreams actions you don't have the heart to do

If it did come true will that person feel the same way to

Beautiful Faces can come from someone Unknown

It could be truthfully theirs or on a 5 minute loan

If someone came up to you and asked you for 10 minutes of your time

Would you be open to it or would you give them the "Can't talk right now" line

If you knew that they really needed a Friend

Because life was cruel, No one was there and they were contemplating if it should all end

Would you be more receptive to someone else's Soul?

If you were able to see the untold truth's that their eyes told

Beautiful Faces could come from someone in the dark

Before your time comes make sure you make your mark

To many things to do, So many things to see

Looking at the world through my eyes, letting your mind be Free

Breathing in the Winter air, Smelling the clean, walking Fast

Looking at old pictures, wishing the good ole days would last

Reading those Urban books getting caught up in storyline

Sneaking a peak at the last page, Figuring out the ending.... Why?

Reminiscing with my siblings about the old times growing up

Trying to readLudell, But never finished it, no such Luck

Writing in my Journal before I went to bed at night

Lurlyn and I the best of Friends but most of the time ended up in a fight

In the Movie "The Four Brothers" she is our "Bobby"

The eldest of us all, Always thinking her way is what it should be

Always ready for a good Fight

Keeping her opinions to herself...Not even... not quite

Tiffany is our "Angel" always keeping things on Fire

America's Beautiful Nightmare, everyone knows her as a Live Wire

Eboni is our "Jack" not as quiet as the one in the movie

With the Lethal words coming out of her mouth, On her side I always want to be

And of course I am "Jeremiah", The "Reason" behind all difficult questions

I try to think I give good advice, but remember it's $75 an hour each session :)

Afraid of loosing a loved one and being left alone

Even though in my heart they will always have a home

So much to do, To many cries
